About Us
Extendware exists to customize and make the Magento eCommerce platform more functional for your organization. No matter the size or nature of your business, we can alter or expand the program to make it more user-friendly for your customers and more efficient for operations and your administrative team.
We have taken all of the guesswork out of growing your business with the Magento program. With our affiliate extensions, you can set order reminders, notify customers when products are out of stock, increase page loading speeds, and streamline the checkout process. These extensions save time, improve client relations, and make shopping more fun for customers. As a result, you can expect to see an increase in sales and higher conversion rates.
Our team has been in operation since early 2011. We began designing plug-ins and services for Magento 1, the first generation of Magento software. When Magento 2 launched, we upgraded some of our extensions to make them compatible with the new platform. After becoming very familiar with Magento 2, we continued to build extensions that help retailers to do more with their online stores. This includes managing shipping and delivery, multi-vendor administration, establishing reward programs, and engaging customers through social media.
As a part of our expansion efforts, in 2021, Extendware.com was sold to Blue Lava, LLC. Since that time, we have developed new products that set us apart from the competition. Along with product development, we provide all of our customers with quality service and support. This includes assisting with everything from installation to designing solutions that are tailored to your operations. We currently have a customer base of over 30,000 happy clients worldwide. With all of our Magento 2 extensions, we offer a 7-day free trial and 90 days of free technical support.
In February 2022 Extendware, was acquired by web-vision GmbH, a well-known Magento and TYPO3 agency located in Mönchengladbach, Germany. While project developments with Magento and TYPO3 CMS will continue under the web-vision brand, product development with a strong focus on Magento 1 and 2 extensions, will be continued under the Extendware brand. web-vision has been developing online stores based on Magento Commerce since 2008. web-vision has been listed as an official Adobe Solution Partner Bronze for solutions and developments related to Magento and other Adobe products since 2020.
